Jamie. It's Our Dance

Hell Came on a Pretty Day

Time to Resign

2037

Bryce has written the first of a trilogy of novels featuring three generations of the Patterson family, all women, all beautiful, all red-haired psychopaths. The first, entitled Kate's Journal, A Woman's Revenge, is scheduled for release in March 2020. The second, entitled I'm Kate's Daughter, A Paid Sniper, is presently being written.

Oh, God, what if they’re following me? He turned his head slowly toward the right and moved his eyes to look at the driver of the car on his right. It was a black woman. She did not look his way and looked innocent enough. He breathed slightly and looked to his left. The driver of the car was a white-haired, elderly man. I think it’s okay, he thought. A tractor-trailer suddenly appeared in his rearview mirror. What the hell’s he doing, he asked himself. Are they allowed on the Beltway or not? He was confused and couldn’t think. Just keep driving. Change lanes to see if he’s following, he decided. But seeing the exit to Interstate 66 going toward Manassas, he took the exit. The tractor-trailer stayed on the Beltway headed for Maryland.

In 2037, the world has devolved into chaos, paranoia, and tyranny. People now live under the chilling consequences of governmental intervention that has strangled human emotion. The resulting behavior of a suppressed population is distrust and chaos, widespread disorder, and rebellion and revolution. Never-ending conflict and human exploitation are the new norm, the consequences of a political system that robs citizens of their freedom and liberty.

After Jamie and Angie watch a surveillance tape of two men brutally killing two innocent police officers, something inside them breaks ... or perhaps something is fixed.

Either way, they know that they can be better crime fighters than those standing around doing nothing. So they begin petitioning the highest levels of government to offer their help.

Ann visits her mother, Kate, where her grandmother, Sara, and a good friend, Cynthia, are also visiting. After Ann goes home, her mother calls to tell her Cynthia has been raped as she was going home. Ann travels to New York to meet Frankie Santini, who owns an international security company, and whom she met at a gun shooting range. Ann asks Frankie to enable her to knock off the scum that raped Cynthia. Frankie agrees only if Ann becomes a sniper for him but warns her that she is making a pact with the devil. Ann proceeds but after twenty jobs and twenty-eight kills, she wants out. Frankie's right-hand man, Tony, tells Ann to disappear because Frankie will have her killed.

In TIME TO RESIGN, the third volume in a series of Jamie Paige thrillers, Jamie and Angie take a break from fighting crime to tackle an even bigger problem-the United States Congress.

While watching a political rally on television, Jamie and Angie can't help but be intrigued by the young red-haired man prancing across the screen, urging the entire United States Congress to resign. When the man shows up at their doorstep a few days later asking for protection, they realize it is their duty as Americans to help him.
